Annmarie Fairweather has been the Human Resources Chief at Learning Ally since 2008. She is responsible for all of our processes in people, management of people along with Talent Management and Cultural Development. Annmarie has over 30 years of experience working as a Human Resources leader. She has worked in a variety of industries and groups of managers to reach the business objectives, especially during periods of fast change and growth. Annmarie was a consultant to help translate the human resources and business plans into goals, strategic plans and corporate-wide targets by focusing on organizational performance as well as employee engagement as well as change. She loves learning and sees the growth of leaders and teams as the most competitive benefit. Annmarie has been working with Fortune 500 companies and small to midsize businesses, developing leaders, and coaching them to achieve demonstrated success. This experience helped create organizations that were characterized by innovation in learning and the ability to change. Annmarie has been motivated to give her talents and time to aid in the mission of Learning Ally. When she has time off, she also provides support to a number of non-profit organizations. Annmarie is part of the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee an organization that is dedicated to helping women become leaders. Annmarie also offers training for members of the Hospitality Healthcare Network in North America.
