Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is a competitive athlete. In the wake of quitting her gymnastics career from childhood, Ariel began competing at fitness shows aged 16. She was 17 years old when she earned her Pro Card. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro participant as well as a model and a sponsored athlete. She began competing in fitness shows when she was 16, following the end of her gymnastics program in childhood. In just one year she could earn her Pro Card when she was 17. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest. After she earned her Pro Card, Ariel took six years off the stage to finish her college education. In 2015 she re-entered the stage and competed in top-quality contests such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. She participated for a couple of years following her debut with a goal of setting higher standards each year. For 2009 alone, 4 new fitness titles were added to her collection. Including the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion, which made her one of the most youthful IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Ariel took 6 years to earn her bachelor's degree, following her Pro Card award. The debut of the IFBB Fitness Pro took place at Phoenix Europa Games. Phoenix Europa Games, in November of 2015. At the end of the day, she finished 3rd at the show. In summer 2016, she won first place in the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. She was then qualified for the Fitness Olympia. Within three months, she was on stage at the Olympia, where she took 6th place for The Fitness Division. Ariel admits that she didn't have any expectations. She was happy about her position. It is no surprise that Ariel was able to place well, considering that she competed against the best athletes. Ariel's physique continues to improve every year. Ariel prefers to concentrate on her back. Her usual back workout is made up of bent over rows one-arm pull-downs using lats on a machine pull-ups, and sitting rows. It is common to warm up prior to the exercise. Ariel is the most efficient use of her time. The routine she does for her back comprises three or more supersets, each comprised of between 10 and 12 reps.
